Products displayed on the Site can be delivered only within the 48 states. Prices are valid and effective only in the United States. We have tried to accurately display the colors of our products on the Site. However, the colors you see will depend on your monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate.

We carry inventory for every product we sell. This means we can have the items you ordered on your doorstep in a timely manner. If for some reason the product is not available to ship within 48 hours you will be notified. At that time you will have the option to cancel your order or wait for its arrival.

Order confirmation will come to you via e-mail within 20 minutes of placing your order. The order confirmation will include the date of order, items ordered, the bill to address, and the ship to address, and the order dollar total.

For products displayed online you may order any products from our online store by, simply clicking on the item you want. You may be asked to select a color, size, and quantity, then click the "Buy Now" button. Only credit card orders can be taken online. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa & MasterCard. The order and payment information you provide will be sent electronically and processed immediately. You will receive an e-mail within 20 minutes confirming your order. Sorry, we can only accept orders to be shipped within the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at this time. All credit cards must have a bill to address in the U.S.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for whatever reason. Also, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. Backordered items will be cancelled and notice will be sent to the customer.

The Fee only applies to purchases below $30.00. This is done to keep our costs low. The handling fee is $8.50. This fee offsets our packing costs in the warehouse on small orders. The fee magically disappears on all orders $35.00 or more. The reality here is that a shipping box and tape are expensive as well as the person to pack it, but it doesn't cost much more to pack a larger (and/or more expensive) item... And at these prices, margins are tight. We suggest ordering with a friend, neighbor, or office workers! That way, no one has to pay the handling charge.

Shipping is a fixed amount for UPS Ground for the 48 United States. That does not include shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and APE. Just about every item will be shipped within 1-2 business days, following receipt of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery

It doesn't happen often, but carriers such as UPS, truck lines and Parcel Post do lose orders. If you have placed an order and have not received it in a reasonable period, please call Online Mall at once.
Expand Returns and Exchanges
You can return an item within 7 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price only after contacting us for a RMA number. We regret shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid. We cannot accept freight collect items. Please remember all returned merchandise must be new and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your RMA e-mail with your return. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of any product you return that meets these above conditions. For your protection, please use United Parcel Service or insured parcel post for return shipments.
